Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the services provided by MouseLOG (the "Site"). Users shall use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Site in connection with the use of the Site's services.

2. Registration

To use the Site, an applicant who agrees to these Terms shall apply for registration using the method specified by the Site, and registration shall be completed once the Site approves the application.

3. Management of User IDs and Passwords

Users are responsible for properly managing their user IDs and passwords for the Site at their own risk. Users may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend their user ID or password to a third party.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Site's servers or network
• Acts that may interfere with the Site's operation of its services
• Collecting or storing personal information about other users
• Unauthorized access, or attempting unauthorized access
• Impersonating another user
• Directly or indirectly providing benefits to organized crime groups or other antisocial forces in connection with the Site's services

5. Suspension of the Service

The Site may suspend or discontinue the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following circumstances applies:

• When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer systems related to the Service
• When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or other natural disaster
• When a computer or communication line has stopped due to an accident
• When the Site otherwise determines that it is difficult to provide the Service

6. Restriction of Use and Deregistration

The Site may restrict a user's use of all or part of the Service, or deregister the user, without prior notice, if the user falls under any of the following:

• If the user violates any provision of these Terms
• If it is discovered that any registration information contains false statements
• If the Site otherwise determines that use of the Service is inappropriate

7. Disclaimer

The Site shall be exempt from liability for breach of contract unless such breach is due to the Site's willful misconduct or gross negligence. In addition, the Site shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a user through use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Service

The Site may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Site may amend these Terms at any time without notifying users, whenever it deems it necessary to do so.

10. Notices and Communications

Notices or communications between users and the Site shall be made by the method specified by the Site.

11. Prohibition on Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Users may not assign or provide as security their position under the usage agreement or any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site's principal office.
